What is the proper way to access the CA Performance Center GUI?

Component: CAPRFC

Resolution

If using default ports, the URLs should be:

HTTP:
http://pcHostname:8181

HTTPS:
https://pcHostname:8182


There is no need to add anything further onto the URL.  You also should not try to login via port 8381 or 8382 as that skips several steps in the login process and it will generally  fail.

Additional Information

Adding in extra parts to the URL and / or using port 8382 can result in errors such as the below:

HTTP ERROR 405 Problem accessing /pc/desktop/page. Reason
 HTTP method POST is not supported by this URL
