Resource Audit attributes error

Issue/Introduction
I am getting an error while performing the following steps:-
1. Login as Admin->Objects->Resource
2. Click in Audit Trail Tab->Move Date of Hire and Date of Termination columns to the right.
3. The Page keeps spinning for 5 mins and then throws 500 Error.

Cause
Reviewing the app-ca.log file, we found the following error message:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: [CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object
This means that another DB session already has a lock on the object.

Resolution
Bouncing the DB Server resolved the issue.
