Issue/Introduction

INTERNAL KD:
Customer had recently installed WCC 11.4 SP6 in a Sandbox environment.
WCC services fail to startup.  Once started it appeared services were running, then a few minutes later they stop.

Messages in the CA-wcc-services.log:

Cause

From the fix readme:

PMUX Listener should run on IPV6 interface on IPV6 configured machine as below;

Command ->  netstat -na | grep "7163"

Output
tcp6       0      0 :::7163           :::*            
LISTEN

Environment

WCC 11.4 SP6; Linux
Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production

Resolution

 CSAM would not stay up, therefore WCC-services would not stay running as WCC requires CSAM. 
Applying the fix resolved the issue.

Fix below: 
For SSA (CSAM) 2.4 T55L057 (PMUX listens only on IPV4 interface in IPV6 configured machine which resulted rejection of 
IPV6 connections.)

In addition confirm these are set correctly: (KB000029740):
> Make sure that CSAM_SOCKADAPTER is set in /etc/profile.CA 
> In $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/tomcat_32/conf/wrapper.conf, set.LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include %CSAM_SOCKADAPTER%/lib

>> The above matched the customers WCC messages, the resolution alone did not solve the problem because it was a CSAM issue.
