CSAM would not stay up, therefore WCC-services would not stay running as WCC requires CSAM.
Applying the fix resolved the issue.
Fix below:
For SSA (CSAM) 2.4 T55L057 (PMUX listens only on IPV4 interface in IPV6 configured machine which resulted rejection of
IPV6 connections.)

>> The above matched the customers WCC messages, the resolution alone did not solve the problem because it was a CSAM issue.
