Issue/Introduction
PAM 4.3.2 CP01 -2 nodes- + Service Desk 14.1
PROBLEM: Unable to login to PAM after restarting one specific node -the other is OK- Error message seen is invalid user and password -same user is ok on the other node-
ENVIRONEMENT: PAM was slow and they decided to restart PAM Orchestrator service on both nodes to see if performance would improve

Resolution
Had cust stop Orchestrator service and agent service and found several Java processes still cycling in task manager
Killed all java processes and restarted Orchestrator service and after 3 mins or so, user login was succesfull
