Allocation Cost is not calculating correctly after upgrade to CA PPM 15.4

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that Allocation Cost of the Team list page is not calculating as expected following the upgrade to CA PPM 15.4. We have taken the following steps to attempt to resolve the issue:
1. Running relevant jobs (Rate Matrix, Update Earned Value and Cost Totals, Update Cost Total)
2. Verified Rate Matrix, Allocation Time Slices
3. Project Dates
4. Team Date
5. Updated Earned Value 6. Project Settings Page etc
