When upgraded the DB2 Unload Software HPU(IBM product) from v4.2 to v4.3, the S013-A4 ANEBD occurred with SUBSYS=(LAM, 'PSWD=xxxx') of CA Librarian in the PGM=INZUTILB.

Cause
In HPU v.4.3, the coding language was changed from SAS/C to IBM/C.
It was caused by a change in behavior when opening a data set due to differences in program execution environments.
And, it had to be opened as a PS file, but it was opened as a PO file.
