Production Down - Due to DB connectivity issues

Issue/Introduction

DB is working fine and available until the database server was rebooted. This caused WAAE Scheduler and application server to shutdown.

Now WAAE Scheduler and application server will not start. 

WAAE logs display this message:
CAUAJM_E_18600 Database function call <SQLDriverConnect> failed in <connect SQLDriverConnect Failed> with return code: -1 
CAUAJM_E_18601 SQLSTATE: IM008, Native error: 0, Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Dialog failed 
CAUAJM_E_10649 Server  MSSQL_SVR:MSSQL_DB,DBPORT,DBHOST was not available during connection operation.

Resolution

The below messages can also be can be related to:
1. MSSQL Server hostname not resolvable. Check if the hostname is resolve via network.
2. The MSSQL Server port not resolvable. Check if the correct port is used, or blocked via network.
