Alarm Link shows port 8181 instead of 8182 for HTTPS enabled within the NetOps Portal

Issue/Introduction

We have alarms going to Spectrum from NetOps Portal, they show up in Spectrum and in Alarm views of NetOps Portal pages with http://:8181/etc/etc/etc rather than https, 8182, and the hostname. How can we modify that to have the HTTPS url?

Cause

When NetOps Portal was set up to utilize HTTPS communication, Local Override settings were used.  This does not update the EM database with the changes.

Resolution

When using SsoConfig to set up HTTPS, you should almost always use remote value.  Adding the Web Site Scheme and Port settings for Remote Value and removing them from Local Override with a final step of restarting the Event Manager service (caperfcenter_eventmanager) will resolve this problem.
