Agile Central - HPQC: HP ALM Unable to connect to to some projects

Issue/Introduction

HP ALM connector is unable to connect to some projects and shows the following error in the log file

RallyEIF::WRK::QCConnection.initialize - Unable to connect to http://<YOUR_HOST_NAME>/qcbin:Error - <Project> is not a valid HP ALM Project for domain <domain>

Cause

This can be caused by a project being inactive in the HP ALM system.

Resolution

There are two possible courses of action for this issue:

• Remove the project reference from the config
• Activate the project in HP ALM
