CCISSL/CCISSLGW not shutting down with the shutdown of ENF

Issue/Introduction

During ENF shutdown, the CCISSL and CCISSLGW tasks are not being shutdown (by ENF).  z/os Operator intervention is required to bring down the CCISSL and CCISSLGW tasks.

Cause

Console operators are shutting down (CCISSL/CCISSLGW) manually.

Resolution

1. Review your SYSLOG from your last IPL which can determine if your operators are shutting down tasks before Automated Operations had the chance to shut them down.
2. If yes, educate them on proper procedures. There appear to be no issue with ENF or the subtasks associated with it.
