Issue/Introduction

During  ENF shutdown,  the CCISSL and CCISSLGW tasks are not being shutdown (by ENF).. z/os Operator intervention is required to bring down the CCISSL and CCISSLGW tasks.

Cause

Console operators were  shutting down (CCISSL/CCISSLGW) manually.

Environment

z/OS

Resolution

Customer advised: After reviewing our SYSLOG from our last IPL, we realized that our Operators were shutting down tasks before Automated Operations had the chance to shut them down, which we believe was causing our problem. We will be educating them on proper procedures from here on out. We believe that there is no issue with ENF or the subtasks associated with it. Thanks for your help with this case, but I think it's probably safe to go ahead and close this problem.
