When attempting to launch Collaboration Server uninstaller, "Fatal Application Error" is thrown and then the Uninstaller quits.

While attempting to uninstall the collaboration server either via Control Panel -> Programs and Features or launching the Change CollaborationServer Installation.exe from the Collaboration folder (C:\Program Files\CA\SC\CollaborationServer\_CollaborationServer_installation), the following "Fatal Application Error" is thrown

1) Open a command prompt and change the directory to:
cd "c:\Program Files\CA\SC\CollaborationServer\_CollaborationServer_installation"

2) Run command:
"c:\Program Files\CA\SC\CollaborationServer\_CollaborationServer_installation\Change CollaborationServer Installation.exe" LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\CA\SC\CollaborationServer\jre\bin" 

The uninstaller should now launch.
