Issue/Introduction

When the service has the "Mandatory Attachment" in CA Service Catalog and is submitted in Unified Self-Service, the button gets grayed out and  cannot be submitted

Error in Fiddler/F12 similar to:

Environment

Unified Self-Service 17.1 and later
CA Service Catalog 17.1 Rollup 1

Cause

Missing data in usm_guinode and usm_guinode_content tables due to post installation step of 17.1 Rollup 1 have not been applied

Resolution
