DB Tables are not getting updated with hit counts

Issue/Introduction

How to clear cached data in DevTest.

Customer recently changed their database password. They have restarted all the components. But the VSE METRIC tables were not getting updated with the transaction counts after this change. 

Environment

All supported DevTest Environments.

Resolution

When you make changes to the database connections strings  and update the properties files, make sure the logs folder is cleared out and all the DevTest components are restarted.    DevTest tends to cache some of the connection string info in lisatmp_x.x folder.

So, Delete or rename the entire lisatmp_x.x folder before you restart all the components.
