Issue/Introduction
HotFixes are given to customers to fix the particular problem that they are having.
Is there any dropbox available where we can find all Hotfix details and can download them from there?

CA APM 10.X
Resolution
Unfortunately, there are NO DropBox available for HotFixes as of now.
Hotfixes are not GA.
There is a support process for getting Hotfixes.
- A customer makes a request based on the case /problem,
- The request is approved by Support management and Engineering to provide a hotfix for customer on a case by case basis.
If the problem is fixed, it gets documented for internal purposes.for GA release.
