Issue/Introduction

I have to customize the subject line for the job status notification e-mails. Could you please let me no the maximum length of the subject line string to be defined?

CA WA ESP Edition 11.4 Z/OS

Resolution

The maximum lenghth of the SUBJECT filed on NOTIFY statement is 80 chars.
