Issue/Introduction

Get the following error when trying to connect to a new broker . . .

Unable to log into broker <brokername>.

E03020003: Database error [CA Harvest SCM][ODBC 20101 driver][20101]ORA-03101: invalid input data for 

SQLSTATE=60.

Environment

CA Harvest SCM v13.0.0.28
Solaris operating system
Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 32-bit client

Resolution

If you see this problem please contact support.  For the case that was just concluded, an EFix was provided.
