file transfer through PAM very slow.

Issue/Introduction

Direct file transfer from laptop to target server is 60mb to 95mb. File transfers through PAM are at a rate of only 3mb to 5mb.

PAM 3.0.2

Cause

It turned out that the root cause of the problem is that the data being transferred is included in the recording.  Though this was discovered on 3.0.2 this would have been in prior versions of PAM as well, and also 3.1.x, 3.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2 and 3.2.3.

Resolution

Engineering provided HF 3.2.2.13 to exclude the transferred data from recordings.  The same fix was included in 3.2.4.  Additional improvement will require enhancements. When this will be addressed is up to Product Management.
