Clicking on the 'CA Spectrum Documentation' link gives 'No Topics Found' web page

Issue/Introduction

When I click on the 'CA Spectrum Documentation' link within OneClick under the help menu, a web page opens with the only message being 'No Topics Found'. 

Environment

Spectrum 10.2.x

Cause

The URL that is invoked was changed,  and the new URL had a permissions problem that restricted access.

Resolution

The permissions on the URL were fixed to allow public access.
