Main hub was restarted and UMP server is now located under a secondary hub

Issue/Introduction

After a restart of the main hub, UMP robot is now located under another hub. When opening UMP you get the error:

(1) error, Received status (1) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'nametoip'

Cause

A restart of the main hub.

Resolution

Please move the UMP robot back under the main hub:

* Right-click on the UMP robot from the IM.
* Choose move...
* Select the main hub and click OK.

The UMP robot will be restarted. Once UMP robot is under the main hub, and wasp has port and pid, UMP should be working.


 

Additional Information

If the main hub has a new IP you will need to contact CA support for further instructions.
