Environment

Cause
During the install the Desktop Client may have encountered some errors. It is also possible that the JRE that comes with the client was changed.
Resolution
If any manual changes were done to the JRE, then it is recommended to revert them back to original. If the problem persists, then re-install the client. The JRE or jars that come with the client must not be changed. The Desktop Client comes packaged with everything it needs, and everything is kept within the install directory.
Additional Information
Note: More information about the client environment can be obtained by starting the trace. In Desktop Client, click on Trace (on the top bar), then Set Trace file and Start trace. Once the problem has been captured, stop the trace. Provide the trace to CA Support if needed.
