Issue/Introduction

we have created a threshold for one group of device and it is showing on the graph but no email sent. Device group: Oracle test group, Threshold on: Global Concurrent Sessions - The total instant number of Global Concurrent Sessions at the moment.

Cause

This custom metric was added in a much older version when there was an option to import a mib.
 

Resolution

Create a vender cert extension as outlined in the docs for this metric:
