Issue/Introduction

Installed Automation Point to Windows Server 2016.
The Windows Server 2016 is a new build and installed Automation Point. Automation Point was not automatically starting on the new servers.
Users can logon onto the new Servers and start AP using Remote Viewer.
The Event Log has a message that the AP Autostart Manager service failed to start in the default time frame of 30 seconds.

Environment

Windows Server 2016
AP 11.5 SP3 (and possibly other servicepacks too).

Resolution

Set the Autostart service's start to Automatic (Delayed) and that will correct the Autostart issue.

Additional Information

We determined that the Autostart Manager service "Log on as" property was set to "allow service to interact with desktop". Unchecked the box and rebooted the system. This did not fix the issue.
The Autostart Manager service was still timing out.
Changing the "Startup type" from Automatic to Automatic (Delayed Start) seems to fix the issue.
