missing AXDEP01 members

Issue/Introduction

Running the AXDEP01 deploy JCL and getting members AXCICS, DQCSDV and DQOPTLST are missing from the CAAXSAMP library.
Tried running the job anyway and it blew up at the STEP2P with a S013-18 abend because DQOPTLST is missing.
Need to either find out where I can get this member or determine if it can be skipped.
Looks like everything else would run ok, if skipped. Have not looked at DEP02, 03 and 04 yet however..

Environment

z/os, CA Datacom/AD 15.0

Resolution

 CA Common Service 14.1 Chapter 14 of the CCS manual "CA Datacom/AD Multi-User Deployment" is referring to the 14.0 CA Datacom/AD.

As noted in the r15.0 Readme mentioned in the link above:
Please note the following components are no longer a part of the 
CA Datacom/AD delivery:                                          
         CA Datacom CICS Services                                
         CA Dataquery for CA Datacom                             
 
So, the "NOT FOUND" messages related to AXCICS, DQCSDV and DQOPTLST are coming from these two suppressed components when trying to DEPLOY CA DATACOM/AD 15.0 (instead of 14.0). 

Additional Information

You may use instead the Installation procedure instead of DEPLOY.
The new install procedure is as fast as (if not faster)  the DEPLOY procedure.

Note that today both CA Datacom/AD 14.0 and 15.0 are supported. But we encourage clients to install the 15.0 level.
