The Product Recognition or other cron jobs are not completing on a regular basis.

Resolution

Go into IIS.
Go to Advanced Settings for DefaultAppPool.
If Idle Time-out (minutes) setting is not 0, change it to 0.
Highlight the server name in IIS go to CGI.
Change Time-out (hh:mm:ss) to 1:00:00:00
