Vmware probe suddenly bombarding data_engine with tens of thousands events

Issue/Introduction

Vmware probe suddenly bombarding data_engine with tens of thousands events and data_engine is not inserting data into DB anymore.

checked the D_E log and found

Environment

uim 8.5.1
vmware probe 6.87
data_engine 8.50

Resolution

Looks like weird unsupported server name in source was causing this.
Customer changed that server name on vcenter side and it seems that this helped.
