snmpcollector configuration fails

Issue/Introduction
when I tried to save configuration in snmpcollector probe I am geeting the error like save failed
Message: Remote Request Error: Remote /<uimhost>/SNMP collector hub/snmpcollector server /snmpcollector probe processing of operation set_ctd_configuration failed. Resolution: Please check both the PPM and remote probe log file for additional details. Error Code: PPM 012
