USS_MDB database move to a new Unified Self Service installation box

Issue/Introduction

Customer Used the procedure the move the USS_mdb database from a box to new USS installation box, and gets the error message in the login page:

an-unexpected-system-error-occurred 
com.liferay.portal.NoSuchGroupException: No Group exists with the key {companyId=10154, classNameId=10005, classPK=10723}

He used the following documentation to perform the database moving:

Environment

CA Unified Self Service 17.1

Cause

After installing the new Unified Self Service box, and before backup the 4 original tables:

os_ExternalSource 
os_ExternalSourceProperties 
PortalPreferences 
User_ 

Customer created a test user to make some tests in environment.
It caused a modification in 2 original tables User_ and ProtalPreferences

Resolution

Manually removed the new user reference from tables: User_ and PortalPreferences
The problem has been solved.
