Unable to Access System from Primary Cluster Node

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to Access any system from Primary Cluster Node any PAM End-User get's the following error:

Timeout:200 error message

If the same PAM End-User:

• Attempts to access the same device from secondary cluster memory, they access the device just fine.
• If they turn off the cluster, than both the master and secondary both work.
• If they swap the secondary with the master, the new master experiences the timeout error

Environment

PAM 3.2 in a Multi-master Cluster

Resolution

Please open up a Support Case with CA Support requesting Hotfix CAPAM_3.2.0.08
