error. tss94063 need to know whether we need to apply any maintance for Top secret while upgrading CICS TS 5.3 Z/OS 2.3 Main frame product

Resolution

The compatibility maintenance for TSS r16 and CICS TS 5.3 is RO87961 and for 
CA Common Services 14.1 is RO86292 and RO75580. 

Common Service maint will define ENF/CICS CICSREL parm '70' 
Apply the PTF to the system via SMP.                    
Stop and restart ENF with a S ENF,,,REINIT.             
Issue the command ENF REFRESH(CASESSI,CAS9CICS,CASXCICS)
or IPL the system.                                      
Add 70 to the CICSREL statement in ENFPARMS to load     
CAS9C70 into common storage.
