Snooze Selected Alarms for All Users in Spectrum OneClick

Issue/Introduction

The documentation states the following for the "Snooze Selected Alarms for All Users" functionality: “If you have the Administrator privileges, you can snooze alarms for all users.” This implies only Administrators can use this menu pick. However, ANY user that has the Snooze privilege assigned will have the ability to "Snooze Selected Alarms for All Users"

This issue is addressed in Spectrum 10.03.00 where only users with Administrator privileges will be able to "Snooze Selected Alarms for All Users"
