Issue/Introduction
How to give a static IP address to CA PPM SaaS?
How to expose web services to CA PPM to interact with? An IP address or a range of IP addresses to whitelist on the firewall is required for security reasons.
There is no whitelist based on URL available.
Environment
CA PPM SaaS, all versions.
Resolution
CA PPM SaaS does not offer static IP addresses.
These addresses are dynamic and can change after each CA PPM environment recycle.
We do not provide the dynamic range under which they may fall. What we do recommend is SAML and Federated Single Sign on, which may be used to provide similar functionality.
