PPM Clarity: 'Error 401 - User not registered' when Exporting a Report to PDF Using Chrome

When trying to export the the Jaspersoft Studio Report in PDF format using Chrome browser, users get the following error: user-is-not-registered-on-the-reporting-server.
Open Chrome and then:
- Click on the Tab upper right corner " Customize and control Google Chrome"
- Click on Setting from the Drop Down Menu
- Click on "Advance / Content Settings"
- Click on PDF Documents
- Enable the the option "Download PDF Files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome"
Export the report again.
