Issue/Introduction
When trying to export the the Jaspersoft Studio Report in PDF format using Chrome browser, users get the following error: user-is-not-registered-on-the-reporting-server.
Environment
Release: Component: ODPRD
Resolution
Open Chrome and then:
Click on the Tab upper right corner " Customize and control Google Chrome"
Click on Setting from the Drop Down Menu
Click on "Advance / Content Settings"
Click on PDF Documents
Enable the the option "Download PDF Files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome"
