Error 401 when Exporting to PDF

When trying to export the Jaspersoft Studio Report in PDF format using Chrome browser, users get the following error: Error 401 - User not registered'


Clarity 15.9.1 


Open Chrome and then:

  1. Click on the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar at the top right. This icon is a box with three vertical dots.
  2. Click on Setting from the Drop Down Menu
  3. Click on site settings from "privacy and security", click on content and then Additional content settings
  4. Click on PDF Documents
  5. Enable the the option "Download PDF Files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome"

Export the report again.
