RA FTP Agent not restarting after selecting "Enable remote execution"

Issue/Introduction

After ticking the option "Enable remote execution" inside the Agent Object in Client 0, a RA FTP Agent doesn't restart. It initially starts but finished in ENDED_LOST after few minutes. This doesn't happen when you change other setting in the Agent Object, like the Header. The Agent stops with following mention in the agent log:
Error Messages: U00003620 Routine 'UCEX_R' forces trace because of error.

Environment

RA Core version 11.2.6+build.874
RA FTP 4.0.3

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
