ESF4205 Unable to locate FSS

Issue/Introduction

When trying to issue manually the start command against the Java Transformers started task the following error occur and the task finishes:

ESF4205 Unable to locate FSS 
ESF4209 Initialization failed. Correct above problems and restart FSS

Resolution

The FSS task can not be started manually. CA Spool starts this task automatically when the first file is queued to transformation.
