Resolution

1. The Datacom CICS Services 12.0 for z/VSE documentation can be found on the Tech Docs  portal.
2. On the main page of the portal, select Mainframe Software .
3. Select Database Management.
4. Select Datacom/DB for VSE.
5. Click on  "Working With Datacom CICS Services" where all the documentation can be found.
