User receives error 404 Page Not Found when logging in to Rally

Issue/Introduction

When login to Rally, the page shows error 404 Page Not Found

Cause

The user may have used a URL or bookmark to log in however the link for the item has been removed or deleted.  This happens when a shared page is removed or a project or workspace is closed.

Resolution

SSO users should contact their Sub Admin or Rally Support team for the correct SSO URL.

Rally authenticated users should login using https://rally1.rallydev.com.

If using a bookmark, please also update the URL as noted above.
