PIM ENTM: About Java SE seems to be charged.

• CA Privileged Identity Management Endpoint (PIM)
• CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM)

Issue/Introduction

According to Oracle, Java SE seems to be charged from 2019/01/01.
PIM Server components are using Java SE.
If it is charged, it is effected for PIM Server components?
How about support policy?

Environment

Windows/Linux PIM ENTM all versions

Resolution

CA will be renewing a commercial agreement with Oracle that will enable us to continue to distribute and support Java.
So there will be no problem for them after 2019/01/01 as CA will hold the license for use.
So from the client’s point of view there will be no chance within the product.
