SOI missing mac addresses of models after restoring the SpectroSERVER database

Environment

CA Spectrum - 10.X
Operating System - Linux / Windows

Resolution

Restart the CA Spectrum SOI connector to force a new connection with the SpectroSERVER(s) which will read the mac addresses of all models.

Additional Information

NOTE: A restart o the SOI connector may take some time to complete.
