Issue/Introduction

TSSINSTX exit

If we don't need to customize TSSINSTX, is it recommended to set EXIT(ON) or EXIT(OFF) ? What are the calls made in TSSINSTX ? We have all lpars with EXIT(ON).

Resolution

There is no specific recommendation on having EXIT(ON) or EXIT(OFF) set. If you are sure you are not making use of any of the exit points in TSSINSTX then I would suggest having EXIT(OFF) set. It stops any confusion to others on if TSSINSTX is in use.
