JWP generates forced trace in version 12.1.X

Issue/Introduction

JWP generates trace files because of the following exception:

U00045014 Exception 'java.lang.RuntimeException: "org.apache.lucene.store.LockObtainFailedException: Lock held by this virtual machine: C:\Automic\AutomationEngine\bin\indexCache-12.1\0\write.lock"' at 'com.automic.search.lucene.builder.IndexBuilderTransaction.createIndexWriterForClient():165'. 
U00045015 The previous error was caused by 'org.apache.lucene.store.LockObtainFailedException: "Lock held by this virtual machine: C:\Automic\AutomationEngine\bin\indexCache-12.1\0\write.lock"' at 'org.apache.lucene.store.NativeFSLockFactory.obtainFSLock():127'. 
U00003620 Routine 'com.automic.search.lucene.builder.IndexBuilder' forces trace because of error.
