Issue/Introduction
cant print using CA Web Viewer add-in - Error in a box titled uomwv_~1 and reads: UOMWV_HelperControl: Did not successfully download report from web server. The user pressed Cancel or system error. Problem since Citrix XenDesktop was updated.

Resolution
working now... The customer who reported the issue ultimately responded, a Citrix XENdesktop issue. We deleted the user profiles and when the users logged in again (new user profile created) the process worked - they were able to print reports..
