Issue/Introduction
When comparing TCPIP NETSTAT command with /CONNCF, the NETSTAT session count does not match the NetMaster display.
The value of the AsActiveByPort attribute for an ASMON-type resource is slightly higher than the true number of active connections.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The packet analyzer TCP connection counts are slightly higher than the
actual number of connections.
The connection counts are tracked separately for each stack, remote
address, remote network, home address, TCP port, business application,
and TCP owner.
