CA IDM version 14.2 support for Oracle Exadata Database Machine

Issue/Introduction

In the process of upgrading the CA IDM from 12.6 to 14.2, DBA team is planning to migrate Oracle DB from 11G to 12C running on HPUX or Solaris to Exadata Database Machine. Does CA Identity Manager support Oracle Exadata?

Resolution

Oracle Exadata isn't on the roadmap for a planned release of Identity Manager. If Oracle Exadata is implemented, CA Support will provide best effort support to help with any issues. A potential issue is upgrading and fixes applied to the environment. This may have the potential to bring new issues as the upgrades and fixes aren't tested against Oracle Exadata.
