Resolution

Please review your program logic.  Look in the pstep in error which puts out the error CRM2216E to determine under what conditions this error occurs. This is not an IBM nor Gen error code. Some questions to consider: Is this a new program? If not, when was the last time it worked? Was there a recent change to this program or a program in the flow?    User error.
