Agile Central - On Premise: Do I need to download the Subscription or Perpetual file?

Issue/Introduction

We would like to upgrade our On-Premise edition. Which file from the support site must we download, the Subscription file, the Perpetual file or both?

Resolution

The Perpetual file needs to be downloaded unless your subscription expires in the next 2 years. To find out the expiration date of your subscription, go to the On-Premise Control Panel -> Subscription List and check the Expiration Date field.
