Issue/Introduction

VAM unable to install hook into allocation.
Receive the following error on startup:
2:55:38 VAM000I VDSHK454 CCTVC50 ~RMID(RESERVE)~ 20100222 16.59
2:55:38 VAM0018 UNABLE TO INSTALL 454 ALLOCATION HOOK, RC= 32

 But we don't have any other possibility to get a error message to take action.

Resolution

This issue is solved by applying the RO97974 .
if the hooks are not loaded correctly we need to have a WTOR to inform client about that, to correct the problem to have a correct functionality of VAM.
a parameter or a usermod should be created to complete this request.
