Issue/Introduction
CA Spectrum Reporting Manager (SRM) is not processing events. When checking on the OneClick -> Administration -> Report Manager -> SPECTRUM Status page, the Last Event Time is not updating.
Environment
Any Spectrum version
Resolution
1. Login to the OneClick web page as an ADMIN user
2. Click on the Administration -> Report Manager -> SPECTRUM Status links
3. Unchecked the Monitor, Asset Polling, Event Processing check boxes for the landscape and click on the Update Monitor Server button
4. Checked the Monitor, Asset Polling, Event Processing check boxes for the landscape and click on the Update Monitor Server button
5. Monitor the Last Event Time column to ensure the date/time updates
Additional Information
If the Last Event Time still fails to update, please open a case with Spectrum Support and support the $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log (Windows) or catalina.out (Linux) from the SRM system for review.
