Issue/Introduction



When the Knowledge Document object has been modified with a custom attribute, a published Knowledge Document that is being reworked for the first time may create a blank Knowledge Document in Data Base.

Resolution

Service Desk will intentionally create a version 0 of a Knowledge Document in order to be able to roll back values for custom attributes defined on the KD object. This version 0, while defined in the database, should still not be visible to users. 
As such, the where clause statement 'VER_COUNT > 0' was added to out of the box stored queries in order to ensure that these version 0 documents do not appear on the web interface. However, the existence of these version 0 documents in the database is necessary.
