GT Subset windiow closing without desired navigation due to Connection crash

Issue/Introduction

We have installed GT Sub Set. when double clicked on the desktop "GTSUBSET" icon, the window opens. upon giving the connection details and click on "CONNECT", the window disappears.

Environment

TDM 
Test Data Manager
DataMaker
Database: SQL Server with Windows authentication

Resolution

We noticed that SQL server jdbc driver has very old jar.
Due to this, Subset is unable to connect to sql server.
Downloaded sqljdbc driver jar (sqljdbc4.jar)  and placed the file in datamaker home directory to resolve this issue.
